Can a child sit in the car seat while being pulled in the gogo Kidz?
Yes, a child may sit in the car seat while being pulled or pushed with the gogo Kidz. However, if your child weight over 30 pounds you need to tighten the tether strap (provided with the seat) over the handles as per the instructions. Always use the car seat restraint system when your child is in the seat.

In addition to tightening the tether strap, re-check and tighten the thumb-screws to make sure that it is secure.

Can I push it instead of pulling it?
Yes, you may push or pull your child in their car seat while using the gogo Kidz.

Does the gogo Kidz attached to the car seat fit down the aisle of the airplanes?
The aisle ways of the airplanes vary and the limitation is usually based on the width of the car seat, and not the gogo Kidz. The gogo Kidz, attached to the car seat, will fit down the first class aisle of almost all airplanes. The roundabout will fit down most coach isles, but the Marathon generally does not. If you have a larger seat, we suggest strolling your child through the airport and taking them out of the car seat just prior to boarding. This will eliminate any last minute stress and feeling stuck in case your car seat does not fit down the aisle of the plane. At this time, collapse the handle of the gogo Kidz and carry your car seat by the handle onto the plane and into the airplane seat.

Does the gogo Kidz attached to the car seat fit through the airport security machines?
The size of the security machines vary in airport to airport. In some airports, the gogo Kidz will fit through the scanner and some do not. To prevent delay, place the car seat with the gogo Kidz attached on the scanner belt after removing your child. If the car seat does not fit, have the security person carry it over to where they can use the wand to scan it. This will allow you to hold your child while walking through security and set them back into their car seat once security has finished scanning the seat.

We have had a few customers say they were required to remove the gogo Kidz Travelmate from their car seat. In order to continue to provide a product that makes things easier, we have recently added quick release wheels to the gogo Kidz specifically for times when the gogo Kidz will not fit through the x-ray machine with the car seat attached and security refuses to hand wand.

With the quick release wheels, simply remove the wheels from the gogo Kidz instead of removing the entire unit from your car seat. Once you have gone through security, easily click the wheels back on to the axle of the gogo Kidz Travelmate.

Please note that the new model number of the gogo Kidz Travelmate with the quick release wheels is UNIQR. Not all retailers carry this model yet. However, if you choose to purchase from our web site, you will be guaranteed the new model.

My child is older and does not like or want the car seat on the plane. What is the best way to use the gogo Kidz?
Our founder's son, age 3, now prefers to be a big boy and does not want his car seat on the airplane. She uses the gogo Kidz and car seat to travel through the airport and checks the car seat at the gate. That allows her to easily maneuver through the airport with both her kids and still have the car seat at her final destination.

Can the gogo Kidz be used as a regular stroller?
Yes, the gogo Kidz can be used as a stroller. We have found that when you are traveling it can become cumbersome to have to bring along a regular stroller in addition to the suitcase full of your child's clothes, toys, books, car seat and other gear. During our travels, when we knew that the rental car or the taxi or any other means of transportation would make it difficult to lug a stroller to our final destination, we have chosen only bring the car seat with the gogo Kidz. We have used the gogo Kidz is places like the mall, sidewalks and dirt paths. The 5-inch razor wheels provide a smooth ride for our kids and even allow our children to nap when out and about.

Can I leave the gogo Kidz attached to my car seat and install in my car?
No, you need to remove the gogo Kidz from the car seat when traveling in a car.

Urban Advantage

At what age can a baby be placed in the Urban Advantage? Is it safe for infants?
The stroller seat is designed to recline into an almost horizontal position, and the footrest can be angled up so that a baby can lie safely in the stroller. The 5-point harness is short enough to fit around a baby. However, we do not recommend using the stroller with an infant younger than 6 weeks-old or placing an infant in the stroller while running, jogging, rollerblading, roller-skating, or similar activities. The main concern is the baby's neck muscles and head control, and the size and development of the baby. Because each baby develops differently, you and your doctor should make final decisions.

How far can the seat back be raised? What type of mechanism is used to adjust the seat?
The stroller has a four-position reclining seat back, adjusting from nearly horizontal to almost vertical. It is adjusted with a bar. However, when using the most vertical position, you may need to re-position some of the canopy fabric out of the way. A useful alternative technique for the vertical position is to pull forward on the seat rest from the inside of the stroller, and lock it into position.

Do you have a car seat that fits in the stroller?
You may use most of the infant car seats on the market with the stroller as a travel system. We recommend the Graco Snug Ride, Britax Companion infant car seats because of the secure fit with the Urban Advantage. We have an extension strap that connects to the 5-point harness. It goes over the top of the infant car seats for added safety. All of our newer units have the strap included. Strollers manufactured in 2004 did not have a strap included, but we will provide one at no cost to all registered owners. Please contact Go-Go Babyz at info@gogobabyz.com to request an extension strap.

Do you have a rain cover for the Urban Advantage?
Yes, you can order it on-line if your dealer doesn't have one available.

Do you make a double stroller?

What is the child weight limit on the stroller?
The weight limit for a child in the Urban Advantage is 45 lbs.

What type of material is used in the construction of the Urban Advantage?
The seat cushion is made of T/C=Polyester (65%)+Cotton (35%). The seat cushion passes the California Technical Bulletin 117 (section C) standards for flammability.

Can I wash the fabric?
The seat fabric is easy to remove and may be washed on a gentle cycle.

Is the Urban Advantage a lightweight or heavyweight stroller?
The Urban Advantage is a medium weight stroller, it weights 27 pounds. The general range is 22 to 35 pounds. The Urban Advantage is strong and sturdy, equipped with an iron frame. We chose a heavier frame for its durability. In addition, all the amenities on the stroller contribute to the weight. The child tray and the parent tray each weigh 1 pound, the basket weighs almost two pounds and the airless tires weigh over a pound each.

Can I jog with the Urban Advantage Stroller?
The Urban Advantage is not a "jogging" stroller, however if you are a light jogger or a fast walker you can use the stroller but be sure to lock the front swivel wheel in place.

Can you attach a ride along to the stroller?
At this time, we do not recommend any ride along accessories for the Urban Advantage.

None of your retailers are in my area, how can I look a the stroller to be sure it is what I want?
We are always looking for new retailers to carry our stroller. If there is not one available locally in your area, we can always ship you a stroller for you to test out and if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us within 15 days for a refund (shipping excluded).

Does the canopy on the stroller fold all the way down?
No, but it is extra large and folds far enough to protect your baby/child from the sun and rain and other elements. If you would like a full cover, we do have a rain cover available that was made for the stroller and can add extra protection.

Can you ship the Urban Advantage internationally?
Yes, we can ship anywhere! The cost of shipping varies depending on your country of residence. We do look for the most economical cost to ship.

Can you ship to an APO address?
Yes and the shipping cost is the same as sending a package priority mail within the U.S.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied. We are currently offering a 15-day refund on all purchases. (Shipping not included)

What is your warranty?
Go-Go Babyz Corporation ("Go-Go Babyz") warrants the Urban Advantage and the gogo Kidz to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Go-Go Babyz will repair or replace, at its sole option, the defective product within that one-year time period.

If you have a problem with your Go-Go Babyz product or are not satisfied with it, please contact Go-Go Babyz Customer Service at 1.888.686.2552.

This express limited warranty does not cover:

1. Pick-up, delivery, or freight charges.
2. Damage to tires, tubes, or handle bar grips.
3. Corrosion or fabric damage, caused by improper storage or failure to reasonably protect the stroller from salt water and adverse conditions.
4. Deterioration due to lack of maintenance and cleaning as specified in the product instructions.

Go-Go Babyz SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS, LIMITED WARRANTY (ONE-YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE).

Under no circumstance shall any liability of Go-Go Babyz under this Express Limited Warranty, or otherwise, exceed the price of the defective product or parts.

Why should I register my product?
