Yes, a child may sit in the car seat while being pulled or pushed with the gogo Kidz. However, if your child weighs over 30 pounds you need to tighten the tether strap (provided with the seat) through the handle as per the instructions. Always use the car seat restraint system when your child is in the seat.
In addition to tightening the tether strap, re-check and tighten the thumb-screws to make sure that they are secure (model UNIQR only).
