FAQ

My stroller seems to be pulling to one side

We have found there to be some instances of the stroller pulling to one side. If this situation arises, we suggest the following:
  1. Make sure that the brake bar has been inserted properly and locks on both sides of the frame.
  2. Make sure that the front wheel is fully seated into the fork.
  3. Make sure that both wheels are installed properly on the rear axle - they should click when installed all the way and stay on the axle when tugged.
  4. If the problem continues, please call our customer service and we will be happy to help you. 888.686.2552
